Residents of the infamous housing project better known as Edgemere (Vietnam to the streets, because its been so long) and now Ocean Bay Apartments have taken in the brunt of hell from a string of events that have left them out to dry in the cold. For approximently 10 years, since the start of construction their buildings were left in limbo after having been bulldozed. As expected while under such despair violence has erupted at an all time high. Young males and females are killing each other by the day, and life just doesn't seem to matter anymore.
