Recent research shows that, although Tibetans living at high altitudes have no more oxygen in their blood than other people, they have 10 times more nitric oxide and double the forearm blood flow of low-altitude dwellers.
Nitric oxide causes dilation of blood vessels allowing blood to flow more freely to the extremities and aids the release of oxygen to tissues.

i will be reviewing other books on human rights concerns
by Jonathan Green seems to be an excellent read. I'm only a quarter of the way through it so far but its got some great info in it.
A few quotes from page 57...
the $4.3 billion "Sky Train"
Every mile or so, olive fatigue clad soldiers were camped alongside the tracks, protecting the line from attack.
The sky train is seen as the second communist invasion.
Hundreds of Tibetan homes had been bulldozed to make way for the railroad. At best, homeonwners were paid $100 in compensation for the land some families had occupied for generations.
In 2008 Western analysts found 60 launch pads for DF21 nuclear missiles in northern Qinghai at Tsaidam, just 100 miles on a fast straight new road from the new rail-head at Golmud. (and there is plenty of more good stuff on page 57)

I'm not super impressed with people who don't show how many friends they have. You might be spending your days inviting people you don't have anything in common with. So if you don't have your friends showing on your channel don't expect me to accept your invite.
If things were good in Tibet then reporters would be allowed into Tibet, and Tibetan refugees would be heading back to Tibet, because Tibetans love Tibet.
But each year thousands of Tibetans risk their lives and physical wellbeing trying to get ESCAPE from Tibet.
The anti-Tibet gang have convinced me to make comments on this channel for my friends only. Because the anti-Tibet gang don't know what they are talking about. One day I might make a summary of quotes from them.
There is no FREEDOM of speech in Tibet so the anti-Tibet gang shouldn't have a problem with no freedom of speech, but somehow I think they will :)))
I've heard some erhu solos, it sounds so soft and melancholic, a bit similar to the cello I think. I'd love to see some nice erhu vids on your channel! :)
