This is one rinky dink video. First of all, why are the cops wearing internal vests over their shirt second, yes, you need to be able to ID yourself. Not. Just for the police, but for safety so they know who you are in case you are seriously hurt.

First off you need to answer my question as to why you feel the need to film this, or especially a homicide. A cops job is hard enough as it is, they don't need yahoos like this running all over place causing more damage than good. This scene started off as one, then became two.
