We are spiritual beings having a human experience, sometimes it's painful, sometimes it's sad - but this earthly existence is what you, yourself make it, so laugh & love with as much compassion as you can.
If another spiritual being is in need, try to reach out a helping hand if possible, not for thanks, not for ego, not even for self satisfaction, or anything in return - do so just because you can.
There may be one day when you need a helping hand in some form or another, but have nothing of materiel value to give in return, so when you think of that moment when you may just be desperate, imagine the hand reaching out to you - and try to that very person you imagine.
