Im a young Dj and i was wondering if you think these would be good for monitoring and do they have a stereo/mono setting?

those are SkullCandy knock-offs obviously. they would be the Lowrider series. i would be very disappointed with them breaking, especially on the adjustment band. But for $10, Coby does have some great stuff, the only problem ive ever had with them is the headphones tend to short-out after a month...

@FoxxSacha I think what they are referring to is the 180 degree swivel ear-cups, that you see big-time Dj's using for single ear monitoring. Other than that i dont get it either. Im a Dj as well and I use all different types of headphones from ear-buds to Over-ear styles.

@uabamagrl yeah thats Ladd-Peebles field right? if so, that stadium sucks. went to a bowl game there a few years back, our high school band played there and we were 350+ members that year. they gave us like this little section on the end and only half the band could fit.

@diaphanoux actually thats incorrect, hes been using wah since kill em all. listen very closely to the solos. they are dubbed over solos, as in he played it twice, and they overlayed the track. on one he used wah and on the other he didnt.

@KESlemp the only thing i see is the elbow. you kinda tuck it in when you start playing, then you relax it when not playing. just watch out for that, it will become a habit. i used to have the same issue.

@PoundterA Im not going to agree with that. im not disagreeing though. i think Kirk is amazing with his style and his technique, dime sampled from these techniques and created his own style. therefore the skill levels can never be compared. both are fucking Gods in my book!!!

@stepxunit thats not the game itself, it has different settings for different levels of computers. the only way to get the most realistic performance is to have exactly what the requirements suggested are :)

has anyone else noticed this. when metallica gets ready to relaese a new album lars gets a new drumkit. Like for St.Anger he got the green one, then the summer before DM came out he got the orange one. i say be on the lookout for when lars gets a new kit, a new metallica album is soon to follow lol
