@tokyopop99 I think it has to do with the fact that Ryoga's honest with his feelings and is a really nice guy to the girl he loves, unlike Ranma who seems to only know how to use 3rd grader tactics (though this isn't to say that I don't love Ranma just as much).

As much as I love the good old Ranma and Akane pairing, I have to admit, I wouldn't have been against Ryoga and Akane.
