My channel is undergoing some changes.

The 1st of those changes is that I am no longer replying to comments. In line with this policy, I have turned off all email notifications, so if you are expecting a response to a comment on my channel, you need to realise I won't even get your comment to begin with unless I happen to check my videos.

The 2nd is as follows:

I have an upcoming video on the subject of Polygraphs as Lie Detectors. After that, I'll be going back to my Critical Analysis of What The Bleep. However, I cannot guarantee when I'll be able to commence work on it or when I'll complete the project.

I also reserve the right to go on to other projects.

The final thing: This channel will be returning to what it was intended for in the first place: Discussion on religious vs non religious viewpoints.

Occasionally, I may add videos relating to 3D tutorials on this channel... At least until my sister channel has been granted extended video length privileges (Tutorial videos tend to get lengthy).

If anyone wishes to discuss any of these issues, please leave a PM.

In line with my decision to stop responding to comments, the following rules, while I would like you to honour them, are no longer beiung routinely enforced.

For historical purposes, they are still listed. I reserve the right to enforce them if I see any comments breaching them in the course of maintaining my videos.

1) When commenting, if you make a claim, do so honestly. I am an expert at digging up information on the net and if you tell a lie, I will call you on it. For instance, if you say "There are NO transitional forms", that is a lie.

2) I'm not interested in debating anything with anyone on YouTube. Comments here are limited to 500 Characters. Do you know how difficult it is to elucidate your point properly with such restrictions? Also, because of the nature of comment brevity, there is also a lot of room for misunderstanding if you do not have the space to explain yourself properly.

3) Please... DO NOT PREACH ON MY CHANNEL! Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. To quote Christopher Hitchens, "any claim made without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence", and I will have no hesitation in doing so.

4) Trolling, the deliberate use of provocative statements to try and get an inflammatory response from myself or anyone else who posts on my channel, is not tolerated. I WILL immediately block and I WILL immediately delete such comments.

5) Death threats will get you an immediate lifetime ban. No exceptions. If the threat is credible enough I will also report such infractions to YouTube and to the Police.

6) Spamming... It's disgusting and pointless. Just don't do it. Every single instance of spam, whether I have warned anyone about it previously or not, will be tallied (including the original message). 3 or more instances will result in a lifetime ban.

7) Sock puppetry is just sad. Anyone who uses Sock Puppets to get around time out will find their time out becoming an immediate lifetime ban and their comments deleted. No exceptions.

Freedom of speech is worthwhile, but it does not extend to the right to impinge on other people's freedoms, and any attempt to do so will be dealt with accordingly.
