and lol, no worries. when you play i-no you kind of enjoy talking nerdspeak about her.

Very rarely will you ever perform a HCL as 632146+K. However I-No's HCL, VCL, and UF all have their own special type of TK enabled by her hoverdash. You can input 632146+K+66 and she will simultaneously hoverdash and perform the chemical love. (search my vids for chemical love extend to see this performed)

To use it with UF you can input it as 236+66+32146(hold)+S or simply as 2363214+66+S.

I-No's input have an insane level of play making them typically much more than meets the eyes.

If you see something in a vid and need to know how to do it just ask.

Also while HCL combos are important, you can be very effective without being able to do them. cs VCL relaunches, in air js VCL relaunches as well.

I would stress also to learn her throw FRC.

a third method exists. If you perform a hoverdash (66) and land, then cancel into something without going neutral I-No will be auto jump installed and you can simply input 6K,32146K and get an airdash out of it. To learn the timing for this go into training mode and perform a hoverdash followed by an immediate 5K and superjump cancel out of the 5K and follow the super jump with another jump. If I-No follows the superjump with another jump you have the jump install timing correct, if not keep practicing.

To cancel 5K into HCL, the easiest method is by negative edge.

If you're on stick then I suggest doing this as 6+K(hold)32147896(release) and then 6, FRC, 6. You should be pressing the first 6 of the airdash as soon as chemical love starts to animate.

If you're on pad I would suggest doing it as 63214+K(hold)+7896(release). and then immediately 6, FRC ,6. You have to do this faster because the pad macro for FRC has a slight frame delay and it needs to be registered as 6 then FRC not 6+FRC.

If you perform either method and notice that even when you don't get the FRC 5K and HCL doesn't combo it means that you're most likely holding down the 5K for too long. It is literally only a fraction of a second hold.

First thing you need to know about I-No is that her command list is more of a "the essential part of the move" list. Her moves tend to require a lot of play on them. I would suggest learning to TK HCL as 6P, 5H, (as 5H animates perform a 360+K to jump cancel 5H as well as TK the HCL) HCL 6+FRC, 6 or FRC+66. Since you're TKing you shouldn't have trouble performing things this way but it won't work jump installed.
