FairPrice Family Cook Off

The FairPrice Family Cook Off is a weekly series to search for the best family of home cooks in the country. 8 familes comprising of 4 members each will compete in a series of head to head cook offs! Each week, 2 families, each led by a head cook will compete in 3 cook off rounds -- the Signature Dish, the Healthy Recipe Makeover Challenge and the Mystery Ingredient Challenge.

The families are given 20 minutes in each round to create their dishes before presenting it to the judges, Fay Khoo and Charles Lew. Fay Khoo is a leading food writer and restaurant reviewer and Charles Lew is a clinical dietitian and public health nutritionist from the Health Promotion Board. The judges will be judging the food based on taste, presentation and adaptability/creativity.

The family with the most points at the end of the 3 cook off rounds is declared the winner and proceeds to the next round of the competition.
