@MyparrotTwister Dear Gay Russian, the AK-47 is chambered in 7.62x39mm. The AK-74 is chambered in 5.45x39mm. He clearly stated that it was chambered in 7.62x39mm which would make it a 47. You are welcome for the lesson in firearms recognition.
