This is extremely impressive. I always thought about building a ECU controlled fuel injection system for a small engine with a PIC16 MCU, what type of microcontroller are you using? and fuel injector? This is some serious talent you have. I like the LCD, looks like it's based on a Atmel.

I had this truck with a 5 speed, 1998 and there is nothing better then starting that thing on a cold winter day with all of the smoke. The new cummins in the ram's don't sound the same, they're quiet and dont sound like real diesel's.

Had a john deere 4 cylider diesel powered generator they not only are extremely reliable but run smooth and sound like a real diesel.

I have been comparing these to the john deere gator, polaris and this thing is built better. the polaris and gator use a belt driven CVT which may deliver better speed but the variable hydro transmission in these deliver much more torque and are great. does it have a turbo?
