How long have you been playing?
+I'm not sure, I started playing when I was around 12 - I'm now 22. However, I did not play continuously throughout those years... I tend to go through phases of playing the guitar loads, then stopping for a few months/ years, then getting back into it. Music comes second in my life, my main passion is science, which I am studying at University

What gear do you use?
+Guitar: Carvin DC127 (stock C22 pickups),
+Pre-amp: Line6 UX2
+Amp-modelling: POD Farm or Native Instruments Guitar Rig 3
+DAW: Cubase Essential 5,
+Other stuff: Toontrack EZ Drummer, Sonalksis plugins, Sony MDR-V6 headphones, Sony Vegas (vid editing)

How do you get good guitar tones and mixes?
+There is no easy answer to this, it takes years of experience. A good place to start is to read the basics at www.tweakheadz.com and then experiment as much as possible.
