I was playing this with my jazz combo and on my Eb Real Book 6th Edition it was in the key of concert C#m, but the rythm section guys and flute player were reading it off of the C Real Book 5th edition and this chart was in Cm, does anybody know which is the correct key?

Were u trying to growl there at 0:45ish? If u were trying humming the actual note ur trying to play when u growl, ur growl will sound much better.

What if you play mostly classical saxophone? Do these rules still aply?

I played piano on this song back in junior high and that riff has stuck with me since(its been 2 years)

Great job, but u need to have the mouthpiece centered on ur mouth, that will help u alot with ur tone wich was already ok.

Rythmically though u need to mature(try using a metronome it helps me out a bunch.

Great sound but i think Charlie Parker would've liked to have been a bit slower
