For me, the beauty in observing and imaging the Closest Star (in wavelengths of light called Hydrogen-alpha and Calcuim-K) is that I hold in my mind's eye an enhanced understanding of the various solar phenomena. It's this enhanced understanding that brings new awareness to those infinite pinpoint sources of light that illuminate the night sky.
