About Me:
I am an MK, a missionary kid, to the Philippines. As I mentioned in the description for my video, This Changes Everything, my home town is Ozark, Missouri which is located directly south of Springfield. However, I've spent more of my life in Manila than there. I believe that even though we are here to bring the news of God to others, I also have gone through some big times with God myself. Here is an example. When I was three years old, I had my first seizure. The doctor said that I had epilepsy. The seizures went on for years. They came and went. One lasted around an hour. I had three doctors in Manila, Springfield, and Seattle all say that at my age I'd probably never grow out of the seizures. God sure proved them wrong. In 2007, I had gone 4 years with no seizures, but all the doctors still said that it was too risky to take me off of the medicine. We asked again in Springfield and the doctor said we'd try another EEG test. I had already had several EEG tests, but this was my first one ever to come out completely normal! God had healed me!!! Now I have been off of the medicine for four years and haven't had a single seizure since. I'm so happy he waited to save me, because now, after 11 years of epilepsy and going through all the doctors saying it would never end, I realize that nothing is impossible with God. If he had healed me right away, it wouldn't have been that big a deal and you wouldn't be reading this story right now.
