LMG's.

Its an underused category that isn't well understood because so few people use them.

Maybe you could do a general "How to not be a noob with an LMG" episode, then break down each gun as per usual.

I definitely agree with the FMG assessment. They are absurd skilless bullet-wall generators.

The Type-95 isn't so bad though. It might be a tad overpowered, but its not even close to the FMGs. They could probably fix the 95 just by reducing the highend damage to 49, so you need 3 bullets to land...

riot shield, then LMGs.

and knowing that the Five Seven is the fastest swap time weapon in the game is useful as I'm a huge fan of the riot shield, making secondary swap times very important.

MP9 silenced takes the cake for the machine pistol category. But if I'm looking for something with a better swap time (I use the riot shield a ton, so thats an important stat for me), then I enjoy the skorpion and G18 akimbos. FMG9s are just too overpowered for me to enjoy using. I'd rather skill...

The Stinger is THE SINGLE most important weapon in the game. And anyone who doesn't have a stinger/cold-blooded class to swap to when chopper gunners and ac-130's show up, isn't playing effectively.

I want to see the L86 in action too. It was one of my favorite guns in MW2, but was only competative with Stopping Power. Since that perk has been removed, I'm interested to see if they've changed the L86's stats to compensate for the fact that it won't benefit from that while other guns that did...

But the L86 rocks, one of the most underrated guns in MW2, solid firerate with huge damage = lots of death per clip.

For 4th generation fighters, maneuverability is occassionally useful, but its rarely a deciding factor.

The PS3 rarely renders games in 1080p, only games with very low graphical demands do that. Everything else is rendered in 720p then upscaled (much like a blueray player will upscale dvd's) in postprocessing to make it look nicer on monitors/tvs that support 1080p. It still looks good...

I barely even finsih CoD campaigns anymore, but I still buy the games for the multiplayer, and its quality is hard to judge until you play it for quite a while.

@vfIskullangel Russian 4th generation aircraft are just as good as American 4th generation aircraft, the only difference is that every country fielding russian planes the US has gone up against has terrible pilot training and no integrated support from AWACS et all.

@tinytottles Maybe you didn't play Star Trek Legacy. It came out in 06 and had better ship models and weapon effects than STO. Heck, even some the texture updated fan mods for 2002's Bridge Commander look better than STO's ship models (though the rest of that games graphics are sorely behind STO)...
