One of the greatest opening sequences to an album in the history of rock - the next track, oye como va, brings the whole song cycle back to a latin-roots-bound earthiness. I listen to all four on a regular basis, always in the same order, the segues are inspired.

imho, I prefer Lisa Kelly's version on the first CW album, it's more emotional than either Hayley's or Enya's, but as ipb7883 said, voices are a matter of taste. And none of these artists are trying to 'top' each other, their gifts are way beyond that.

I love Celtic Woman and I love this song. I love your hilarious lyrics and I love you and I'm sure CW does too. Incidentally, my favorite version is by Reeltime, sung by the fine fiddler Mairin Fahy - you'll find it here on this page. It's a folkier version, the first one I heard.
