Ummm, It's not really a bad list, though I think Killer Bee, Itachi and particularly Nagato are WAY too low. I mean you thing Pain would lose against Onoki, Kabuto, Sasuke, etc. Really? :S All of Konoha couldn't deal with the Pains. Hell, even Kakashi and the others couldn't deal with 1 of them....
