@dams0 I was thinking of a simple setup where the creature gets to eat four food chunks each of a different colour. Randomly, one chunk will be good, positive energy, and the others bad, negative energy. Now the creature is presented with four more chunks in random order and has decide which one ...

@Nanodev,
I am and yes I can : )
But as it is at the moment, evolution gets rid of most or all of the neurons and just relies on connections from inputs to outputs!
What are you programing in and what are you using for your simulator?

Hi Tyler,
That is awesome : )
Can you tell me a bit more about the neural network and physical model?
Does your neural network have symmetry? Are the knee joints passive?
I have been having no luck trying the same thing : (
Cheers,
