A: I use Paint Tool Sai and Wacom Bamboo Capture. Neither are free. Paint Tool Sai is about $60 and my tablet was $100

A: For now, I use Windows Movie Maker. I'm getting Toon Boom Studio in february.

A: Sorry, no. I only give requests to my friends. You'll have to pay me. (Not real money, points on deviantART)
