For both Fallout 3 GOTY and Fallout New Vegas, I rolled a character with Oniscient (10) INT. Managed to run through Hardcore mode in NV using that build. My Tag skills for Vegas were Speech, Repair, Survival and Guns when I got the Tag! Perk.
