Ive had mine since 2009, plus i had surgery on my mouth. I just got a thicker wire and a wide chain put on. It gets very painful...take advil right before. it helps.

wow all of you are disrespectful. I would LOVE to see you go through a week of training to be a Dallas Cheerleader. If you think this is funny, your wrong. It was a waste of my time. I think it's time to grow up and look at the work that the cheerleaders put in.
