The Evergreen Council on Problem Gambling is dedicated to increasing public awareness of problem gambling, expanding the availability of services for problem gamblers and their families, and encouraging research and programs for prevention and education.

The Evergreen Council on Problem Gambling (ECPG) was established in 1991 as a private, nonprofit, 501 (c) (3)organization. ECPG offers a toll-free, confidential, 24-hour Helpline (800-547-6133) that provides information about problem gambling and referrals to professional treatment and support programs.Council representatives are available to provide presentations and training for school and youth groups, educators and PTAs, businesses, civic groups, and treatment professionals, and to work with members of the gaming industry on problem gambling policy development and training programs.
