Curious, can you engaged the gate and roll back the "Beast" nob completely. I want to basically use a Boss HM-2 (for that Swedish Death Metal tone) in front of a JCM 800 and have the excess noise taken out. Is it possible?

I still could never figure out why it was called Reel 9 as most films only have 5-6 reels tops. If it went to Reel 9 then the movie would be 180ish minutes long. In fact I believe The Fog only had 4 reels since it's only 84 minutes and each reel holds 2000ft of film (roughly 20 minutes).

Question, if I were to use a pedal with this amp, (for a different tone), could you roll back the beast but have the gate block out any excess noise from the pedal? For example a Boss HM-2 maxed out.

Hows the pull up on it compared to a Kahler? Also I heard that drop tuning can be done on the fly with these?

What do you think of people who accuse Kahler's of having poor tuning stability when bending the strings?

@Georgeee1995 It's so weird I keep hearing all this stuff about Kahler's having poor tuning stability. I've never had any problems on mine and I highly doubt Slayer and Alice In Chains would swear by a system that goes out of tune.

@AlexiStark Not only that, he's probably winded from jumping around and singing all night for a long period of time. I mean let's face it, i'd much rather Mike be truthful and sing like a human being rather than pull a pop star and lip sync.

You know out of all the Puro finishers I've seen I've always didn't care for this one. It just hardly looks like a finisher that the likes of guys like Misawa or Kobashi would use.

What'[s great about a single channel amp is you can really manipulate the sound with an EQ pedal or push it with an insane distortion pedal without having to fiddle with the other channels. I used to always get 3 channel amps but when I never used the other two channels I realized it was a waste....

@demon91 I think it's the FPS that through me off because during the video transfer you can tell it got shifted to a higher FPS than the regular 24. At least to me.

I really don't find this to be a propaganda film. It's a great film and shouldn't be pigeonholed in such a category. It's simply a different outlook through "their" eyes.
