Part 1 of the Pilot episode of "Ferris Bueller".

It's a totally new experience for 'Ferris Bueller' fans. What the writers inherited were great characters; characters who were able to live on (even if just for a little bit longer)in this short lived series.

Although ratings weren't fantastic, the producers faced main problems with the more popular "Parker Lewis Can't Lose" series. Coincidentally, the two main characters are considered to be very similar. There was no need for two of the "same" shows at the time.

It's still pretty neat to watch, though. Don't like it, don't watch it.

Oh, and Jennifer Aniston and Richard Riehle would appear together again in Mike Judge's "Office Space" in 1999.
