Sorry, I'm NOT watching this on Facebook. I must admit I'm tempted to step out so maybe....it sure does take time from more important things. Bur I don't take fb that seriously - it's a giant playground and if you can't live without it something else is wrong - in you. Thanks for a great video!

Om Vyava Sayaya Namaha

I agree with you. The focus on being out of the body, awakening the third eye and so on can be nothing but a selfish thing. To stay grounded and dig where you stand is fundamental in developing and helping yourself - and others.
