Professional Profile:
I got my first taste of the Real Estate business in 1995 when I bought and sold my first piece of investment property. I received my Real Estate License in 2002 and continue expanding my knowledge of Real Estate by receiving my e-Pro (Internet Marketing) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. Continuing my education has allowed me to offer a greater quality of service to my clients, and allows me to remain in the forefront of the industry. There are so many aspects of the business that I enjoy, but if forced to pick my favorites I would have to say working with 1st time-home-buyers and helping investors to maximize rental equities are my two top two. The single most important skill I poses, and I feel every Realtor needs is that of a good listener because it is not until I truly knows someone elses goals that I can serve their inner needs.

Personal Profile:
Prior to 2001 my life was headed in a completely different direction from Real Estate. I love music and was considering a career involving composing and teaching at a University. Although my career path changed I still keep music close to me and am still looking to find ways to satisfy my desires to teach. I enjoy providing my clients valuable information and also hope to help educate the community through seminars and teaching within the Real Estate community.
