Vintage Spielberg, although I question whether or not this truly a deleted scene, as it has appeared many times on televised presentations of the film. Perhaps it will reappear for the 40th anniversary edition

You know, much fun has been made of this fellow and his singing style. But I can't imagine North American popular music without him. I like this recording particularly because of its lonely, eerie style, like some old abandoned gas station sitting out on some disused section of interstate. Thanks...
