hey what's up? i haven't talked to you in awhile, so i thought i'd see how you're doin. i saw on the dfc website that you're fighting at the fights in bismarck so i'll probably have to go to see you fight. but yeah i'm thinkin about doing the grappling tournament that's coming up so maybe we could get together sometime and do some grappling or something. you could just get back to me on here if you don't have my phone number. but yeah i'll talk to you later
