@AlmostaFlipinSkater Yeah, except the problem is that no state would deny interracial marriage. I think over time the states would just figure out that this is the best idea, it'd make federal gay marriage happen a lot faster then trying to push it at the federal level.

Personally, I think this was a really good move on Romney's part. Here's the thing. Romney has a reputation as a flip-flopper, or someone who doesn't firmly believe in what he believes.
