I'm a Full time Realtor with Keller Williams Coastal Realty and licensed in the state of New Hampshire. As one of the few e-PRO Realtors in New Hampshire I specialize in internet and technology driven marketing. My strengths are in residential relocation sales, short sales and REO foreclosure sales. My business is concentrated in the Seacoast and Lakes regions but I've helped clients as far north as Meredith and Conway. I take great pride in helping home sellers achieve their goals in tough market conditions and in succeeding where others have failed. I also receive great satisfaction in helping my buyer clients take advantage of the many opportunities found in our current buyers market.
I'm a native of New Hampshire and have enjoyed residing in many of New Hampshire's different regions, from the Merrimack Valley and some of New Hampshire's largest cities like Nashua and Manchester to some of the great coastal towns like Hampton, Portsmouth and New Castle. I now make my home in the quiet county side area of upper Strafford County. My office is located in the beautiful and historic rich city of Portsmouth but whether it's the seacoast area, the lakes region or all the fine communties inbetween, I couldn't ask for a finer place to work and live!
