Hey guys!
Well what can I say? I'm Sarah-Jane but call me EssJay for short, some people mistake me for being Japanese or Chinese but nope, I'm half Filipino, and half Spanish. Lead singer of a band called Balefire. I love music for music is my life. I am currently a Music student in college, I am also studying Psychology and Media. I'm a singer (obviously), and yes I love to sing, been singing since I was 6 years old up until now.. I sing any kind of music genre as long as I'm confident about the vocals, but the main genre I love to sing is METAL! I am currently influenced by vocalists Annette Olzon (Nightwish) and Amy Lee (Evanescence), these two have been my idol and I enjoy covering their work. =)
Not only do I sing but I can also play guitar and piano, I've been in bands before as lead vocalist and rhythm guitar.
Look out for my videos coming up on YouTube and let me know what you guys think! Any feedback and advice would also be appreciated (I can tell the difference between hate comments and actual criticisms, so if you hate, don't watch OR keep your comments to yourself) and I also am open to any requests, although I apologise if it takes time for me to learn what you all want me to sing for you guys. xD
