Cybersix hasn't come out on DVD yet; I got those episodes via a torrent I found. As for For Better Or For Worse, I lucked out and found a fairly-cheap 2-season box set of the show on DVD on Amazon.ca several years back, but even then copies were very rare and were going for insane amounts of money. The problem seems to have been a non-existent ad campaign, limited supply, and no reprints being made by the publisher after the first set of stock ran out.
