About ErrolMichaelHenry's channel
The power of a principle is built into the principle itself - not the personality of the person teaching it.
Errol Michael Henry does not offer people false promises nor does he pretend that he has all the answers to the problems posed by life. He does however ask the difficult, challenging and sometimes uncomfortable questions that stir genuine inward searching.
This channel is designed to provide sustainable methods that will help you to solve your own problems in a logical, tangible and lasting way.

In 1989 Errol founded The Intimate Music Group which was an umbrella organisation designed to act as a link between major record companies and the acts he was working with at the time. In 1991 he established a publishing company that enabled him to administer his own music copyrights and those of other up-and coming song writers via a joint venture agreement with BMG Music Publishing. Throughout the next decade he enjoyed success working with major record labels such as Arista, BMG, Warner Music, EMI and Atlantic Records.Errol has worked with artists such as the legendary Jones Girls for whom he produced produce five tracks on their album: 'Coming Back' - which featured the classics 'Threw Our Love Away', 'Getting On with My Own Life' and 'Somewhere Tonight'. He was also involved in the production of Lulu's critically acclaimed 'Independence' and produced the hit single 'I'm Back For More', a duet with soul icon Bobby Womack. Errol has also written and produced records for some of the UK's finest talent including: The Affair, Chris Ballin, Richard Anthony Davis, Jaki Graham and Deni Hines.
Errol's career in the music industry and the art of production led him to where he is today. He had to discover, develop and then quickly apply principles that could help other people to overcome their personal problems so that their natural talent could flow through.
'I believe in the power of principles because they can be embraced by anyone,' says Henry. Errol believes that people already have everything they need (ensconced within their being) in order to prosper, but sometimes fail to locate their personal assets leading to under--performance or some other tangible lack. A person who is utterly devoid of what others might call "star quality" will prove far more effective in the long run if they are capable of learning, implementing and teaching principles.
My extensive experience in business taught me one central thing: everything in life that really matters essentially comes down to how people relate to and deal with each other. I discovered very early on that building strong relationships was the best way to build careers, friendships, and businesses. Some people are preoccupied with economics, others get excited about engineering, but people are my passion.
