Lubna was born in Nice in the south of France.As the daughter of Moroccan parents who immigrated to Europe,Lubna developed a strong passion for Music and Art,wich became the essence of her live.

Her father was a violinist at the conservatory with a classical background in music.At a very young age Lubna started painting and creating art pieces but music was always a strong passion in her live and she started writing and performing music as well.Lubna was noticed by many musicians throughout Europe early on and started playing and performing. She was later on discovered and signed by EMI and moved to Paris to record her first single.

Lubna started recording with different artist and producers,such as Cheb Mami (Sting-Desert Rose), Guy Roche (Christina Aguilera) and appeared on albums with Yael Naim and other artists. Later on Lubna moved from Europe to Los Angeles where she started to work with Trip-Hop artist "Tricky". They wrote, recorded and performed together and Lubna also appears on Tricky' s latest album, and multiple other recording.Lubna is currently working in Los Angeles recording her own album.
She is writing and producing most of her own material,in the genre of Trip-Hop and Pop.
