Robinul (generic: glycopyrrolate) changed my life. Call local dermatologists and ask the physician if they prescribe it (many won't). I still sweat under stressful situations (playing instruments and walking around barefoot are big triggers for me), but I don't sweat ALL THE TIME like I used to.

Yes, he isn't perfect, but these are particularly hard. Each hand trades -- effectively -- a triple stroke roll on each repeat of this rudiment. Tricky to do that and keep the flam accent on the other hand.

That's a not perfectly even buzz roll. There should be no indication that you're alternating right and left hand sticking.
Also, you need a metronome.
