95 lbs for DL? Holy hell man, for how many reps? I mean for my DL workouts I use about 300 for sets of 5 or so. But if you have taken that much time off, then your improvement curve is going to be super steep. Hence, you will make gains really fast in all areas. Good luck with all of it bro!

Hey man, I'm definitely a fan of Frank's work. I do a bit of power lifting, but I'm having to switch to a more plyometric/high rep workout style. I have to start cutting to make race weight for lightweight rowing. For the Fall it's 160 lbs, spring it's 155. Aaaand at 6' that weight isn't what my body wants to sit at =/
