With a distinctive name like ERATH you only need one. His brand of powerpop/muttrock is anything but ordinary. Inspired by bands like Cheap Trick, The Goo Goo Dolls, and Greenday he brings a mixture of 80s feel good classics, the innovation of today's pop, and tomorrow's, we haven't even heard it yet.

"No artist likes to be boxed in and my musical interests are all over the place," explains Erath. Growing up on groups like Fleetwood Mac, CCR, and the Eagles, it was eye opening to hear bands from the 80's and 90's. "I was stuck in my dad's cassette case in Podunk, Alabama. I didn't have a prayer!" he laughs. "Their sound and performances blew me away. I've always connected with music but a good song without a strong performance leaves me flat. Guys like Elvis and Bowie are showmen that really move audiences and that's what I strive for." says Erath

ERATH is the former front man of Atlanta's own, LOVERUSH. He is currently working on a solo career and has an EP dedicated to the life of LOVERUSH and their fans, entitled "Finishing What I Started". Listen and order at preorder.erathmusic.com
