This is EXACTLY what my pony does! She's only been doing this since we moved her to a new stables though. She does it in the same corner as this video too! But when she bolts she goes faster than the one in the video, it's actually very frightening... :/

You can stand behind a horse. But sometimes it's not a good idea, that's why most people reccomend to stand to the side. If your horse kicks, then it's best too keep away from the back legs. But if you have a gentle, calm horse who never kicks, it should be quite safe to stand...

I have a 13.1hh mare who i hope to join the PC mounted games team with this/next year. I've tried vaulting, but it's literally impossible! I've tried getting on from the ground bareback at a halt for practice, but that still takes me forever! So i have no idea how i am supposed to get on at a can...

Don't you know anything about horses? This pony is obviously quite strong and fast. If she leant any further forward, she would encourage the pony to go even faster. When my pony goes to fast, i lean back, and it slows ...
