"Heal the world" -- it's so simple, so why can't we do it?
How can anyone sleep peacefully in their warm beds, with stomachs full of food when there are people out there who are STARVING and COLD with no home, no education, no clothes, nothing...? How can anyone rest peacefully knowing that there are trees getting chopped down, beautiful nature getting completely annihilated...? How can anybody stand by and watch as someone is bullied because of their appearance, nationality, sexual orientation or religion?
There are so many problems in this world -- ones that WE created -- that are in URGENT need of fixing. If we try, we can find a way to make the world a better place.
I believe that this change can be made through music; that we can reach out with song and lyrics and inspire people to make a change.
I hope to be part of that.
About Me:

I'm a proud Ravenclaw, Starship Ranger, Warblette, Whovian and Sherlockian. :) I also have the biggest crushes on Darren Criss and Naya Rivera.

I love:
Music. Literature. MusicALS. Trees. Animals. Candles. Food. Puns. Disney. Sci-fi.

I DISlike:
Abuse of the English language. Stereotyping. Abuse/degradation/cruelty towards anyone in any form. The word 'hate' and everything it represents.

So, ta-ta, au revoir, good day and don't forget: peace, love, equality.
Country:
Australia
Music:
The Smiths, Bon Jovi, Queen, The Police, U2, Muse, The Beatles, Miyavi, Adam Lambert, David Bowie, Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Marley, occasional classical music [Vivaldi, Mozart and Beethoven mostly] and basically anything that includes real instruments and not artificial mixers [although, I sometimes like music purely for the fact that it's catchy and fun].
Books:
The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery, The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick, The Perks of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky, The Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling, The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins
