why are they imposing a WPL to help pay for the trams?....UNFAIR TO THE MINORITY OF PEOPLE WHO NOW HAVE TO PAY TO PARK AT THEIR WORKPLACE...WHY NOT PUT IT ON THE COUNCIL TAX?...THIS WAY...EVERYBODY HELPS PAY FOR IT.

@xjet Yes, the Tank is low compared to the engines position on this bird. The Doodlebug used a spherical pressure chamber to keep it fed with petrol during flight. If you could use your system, then for sure the Germans would have done the same, as its simpler....but its not reliable.

@warlockplaya Wrong, the F22 can switch to full "stealth" mode at will. Not that it matters much, Europe knew how to defeat it a long time ago.
