Great video! That's exactly where I went hang gliding in 2007. What a great ride it was! I went with the company Outdoor Bound, but it turns out one of the hang gliding instructors lives right by me. :-) I have to go up again!

It was being put forth as an example of what vegans generally leave out when mentioning Lewis as a great vegan athlete. It was not a claim about his performance in relationship to diet. That's not my claim, but the claim and implications of others with regard to veganism.

Hey I was at Point Reyes from July 27-30, 2010 with a couple of friends. We also hiked Chimney Rock. Small world! :-) I've got video of it also on my channel. On the 30th we drove down to Muir Woods and hiked the redwoods in the surrounding area.
