In no way did I mean you could avoid flashbacks. I know personally. What I was saying, was for after it occurs, to let your brain know, that that burnt image, is not longer reality. Prior, while and right after the f/b (flashback), this can't just happen. But while you can break free, along with doing imagery to further escape the f/b, when you can, stating the date etc, also stating the words, that those who were lost, are no longer in that image. We have that image, but they have long since gone to heaven is what I was trying to say.
I know all of this from experience. Unfortunately, as like yourself.

Hi!! I have just sung Ruby Shoes while having a shower... there're a lot of Tommy's songs I'd love to do, but I haven't got much time =S Anyway I can make it someday if I get the instrumental =))
So you little sister can sing???!! I'd love to hear her someday! =) Adieu is a beautiful song, and it is in my range, so I may sing it too. And yes, I've been thinking of doing a ballad , I'd love to do Danzai no Hana in ballad style, and this may be soon (OMG, I've realized I've only sung one ballad, this have to change XD). I also want to do Suna no oshiro by Kannon Wakeshima and something of Olivia 'inspi Reira.. Do you know those songs???
