I have a few questions, I use foundation primer and eyeshadow primer. I apply the foundation primer and mineral foundation next. My question is when do I apply the shadow primer -- on top of the face primer, apply the face primer everywhere except the eyes and then the shadow primer around the eyes, or apply the shadow primer on top of the mineral foundation?
