Kat Lyons, for over 25 years has worked in Holistic and Medical environments.
As a Huna practitioner, she has extensive experience in facilitating Shamanic, Sound and Light Energy Workshops. Ordained Minister since 1992 she has served Sunday Sound Service at the Institute of Mentalphysics, Joshua Tree, California. She has spent time as a Massage Therapist and Teacher of the Acutonics Sound Healing program. She has completed rigorous and intensive Team and Leadership programs with Actualizations as well as Shamanic Training, Mystery School Teachings with Nadia Eagles, Sacred Dimensions Medicine School. Empowered into the Huna Traditions and inner practices that have previously been kept in esoteric silence, Kat lovingly shares her mystical knowledge as a way to empower what each person already carries within. She delivers Sound and Light to assist others in raising their own personal vibration, using planetary gongs, essential oils, tuning forks and other tools including her voice. She has traveled worldwide conducting workshops and speaking. In 2004 she guided a Sacred Sound Journey to Egypt and has future ventures scheduled. She has recorded two CD's, Golden Galaxy Ride and Kat Lyons, Gongs Live. Kat, a member of The Ray and The Hollywood Women's Club of Los Angeles, California, has appeared on TV and Radio, including The Learning Channel, "That Yin Yang Thing", "Mystic Radio with Robin Alexis" and "Spectrum TV" as a specialist in her field of Energy, Sound and Empowerment. Kat is a visionary, a poet and artist who lives her life with passion. She is an animated and dynamic speaker who shares her knowledge willingly and helps people transcend the difficult challenges they have experienced in their lives.
Specializing in Women's Empowerment, Kat is available for consulting. She will be releasing her first book late 2010 on the topic of Empowerment.
