Yes, I have watched all of the animes that I upload osts from. I feel that I can't really connect with the emotional feeling as good if I haven't watched the actual anime it belongs to. :)
By favourite, do you mean an anime or an ost? My favourite animes would be Madoka, Vampire Knight(Like the manga way better though), Shiki and Clannad, while my favourite pieces from osts would be ''Too High to Climb'', ''Conturbatio'', ''SHI-KI'', and ''Kanashimi'' from the Black Rock Shooter OVA. :) My favourite music composers are Yasuharu Takanashi and Kajiura Yuki! ^_^
