The Dutch band Emotional Elvis plays a broad variety of musical styles, such as pop, country, hiphop and noise, using guitars, keyboards, samples and magic drumsticks.
Early 2007 the new CD 'Sounds like music' was released. Producer Pieter Kloos, known for his work with Motorpsycho, Peter Pan Speedrock and Ween, mixed the album. The track 'Welcome to the Party' has been released as first single and music video.
Previously Emotional Elvis released two CDs, 'The Way the Morning Broke Was Quite Unusual' (2003) and 'The Last of the Famous International Playboys' (2005), as well as two singles and music videos.
The clip of the second single, 'HipHop/Breakdance', was shown on MTV.
Emotional Elvis performed at major Dutch venues and festivals.
The band can also regularly be heard on several national radio stations, including the Dutch station 3FM and the Belgian station Studio Brussels.
