About this user
There are many TV shows airing on a simultaneous basis on every channel every hour during the primetime schedule.
Therefore, getting acknowledged by the Academy is, in fact, an astounding honor.
During the last few years, however, the Academy has failed to recognize one of television's greatest comedic performances- John McGinley as Dr. Percy Cox in "Scrubs".
Why? Who knows.
This won't a struggle for the Emmy itself, but a plea for mere recognition.
*A nomination for McGinley*
Please, post:
"John McGinley for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, 2009"
in every comment box you can.
Hopefully, our voice will be heard by those who can do something about it.
Our support might just earn him a rightful nomination. His performance will do the rest in earning him the award.
