This is why I sometimes really dislike this particular sport.. Yes it was a brilliant victory by a good horse but am I the only person here thinking of the horse? He was exhausted two fences out and the stupid jockey still draws the whip on him.. To me that is just cruel.. The horse is exhausted ...

I felt so sorry for Red, he must have been gutted, it was one of the highlights of Seabiscuit's career and he wasnt riding him or even there... He must have been so proud of him though :)

Finally.. I film showing the war from the horses point of view.. kind of.. And lets face it, the soldiers would have been nothing without the horses who carried them into battle, and they would have got the worst of it as they wold have been shot down first.. Plus they had to haul the big guns......
