Legitimate question: When you said "don't be afraid to go heavy," Hanh's last set as shown was 3 reps @ 170lbs. However, this contradicts the 10, 10, 8, 8, 6 pyramid. Shouldn't Hanh have done at least 6 reps on the last set??
